1. Subscription Cancellation

  • Users may request cancellation of their test series subscription within 3 days of purchase.

  • To initiate a cancellation, you need to go and proceed the steps as: My Account β†’ Order β†’ Cancel and follow the steps as per given instruction.

  • Cancellations requested after 3 days will not be eligible for any refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be provided if:

  • The cancellation request is made within 3 days of purchase.

  • The user has not fully consumed or completed the purchased test series.

  • The issue is verified and approved by our support team.

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • If you have already attempted a significant portion of the tests.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • All one-time purchases, completed test series, or expired subscriptions are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be provided for promotional offers, discounts, or coupon-based purchases.
